The Canada Caribbean Disaster Risk Management (CCDRM) Fund and Global Affairs Canada (GAC) partner with Solo Studio to produce a short documentary. The film addresses some success stories on reducing vulnerabilities to natural hazards and climate change with a focus on emergency telecommunications, food security, mangrove restoration, climate smart technology in agriculture and shelter retrofitting for persons with disabilities.
